It has taken the reading of 14 of Dickens’ 15 major works for me to realize that his books start to move along much faster, the closer you get toward the end…maybe at about the 75% mark.

I’ve read a lot of Charles Dickens. I started when my son began reading to me from David Copperfield on a trip between Memphis and Notre Dame. I fell in love instantly.
